甲方寄賣(mài)物品金額為_(kāi)___________。寄賣(mài)物品清單如下：

一、甲方委托乙方寄賣(mài)的物品必須保證其物品的合法性及真實(shí)性，其物品如屬于非法所得物品，甲方必須承擔(dān)乙方的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失以及相關(guān)的法律責(zé)任。

二、甲方因隱瞞寄賣(mài)物品存在共有、爭(zhēng)議、被扣押或已設(shè)定抵押權(quán)或涉及案件等情況而給乙方造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失的，應(yīng)向乙方支付寄賣(mài)合同項(xiàng)下寄賣(mài)金額 %的違約金。
